How to Play

Goal

Accumulate the most gold by building your colony, controlling territory, and outmanoeuvring other players through raids, embargoes, and diplomacy.

Income

Gold ticks in every 30 seconds. Your income each tick is:
workers × worker rate + bone pilots × 5g + sectors owned × 15g (halved while embargoed). You can also Gather for a small instant amount at any time.

Units

Workers — your main income source. Each hired worker generates gold every tick. Hiring cost rises with each additional worker (starts at 20g, +10g each). Upgrade Efficiency to increase gold per worker per tick (3 → 6 → 13).

☠ Bone Pilots — combat units that also contribute a small income (5g/tick each). Each pilot increases your Raid success chance (+6%, cap +30%) and the fraction stolen on a successful raid (+3%, cap +25% — so 8+ pilots can steal up to 33% in one hit). Enemy pilots reduce how much you can steal when you raid them (−2.5% per defending pilot, cap −20%), and have a 10% per pilot chance (cap 40%) to counter-raid you after a successful attack, stealing back 2% of your gold per pilot (cap 10%). Bone pilot cost starts at 300g (+80g each).

Housing

Workers and bone pilots share a housing pool. Base capacity is 5 slots; each owned sector adds +5 slots. Claim or contest more sectors to grow your workforce.

Territory (16 Sectors)

Claim an unclaimed sector for 800g — it immediately grants +15g/tick and +5 housing.
Contest an enemy sector for 3% of your gold (min 300g); 55% chance of capturing it (30% if fortified). Losing a sector reduces the former owner's housing limit and may force workers/pilots off the roster.
Fortify one of your sectors for 1500g — reduces enemy contest success from 55% to 30%. Fortification is lost when the sector is captured.

Influence Actions

Raid — costs 2% of your gold (min 500g). Base 65% success chance (boosted by your pilots). On success you steal 8% of the target's gold (modified by pilot bonuses and their defences). Stolen amount is capped at 4× your raid cost.

Embargo — costs 2000g. Halves the target's income for 8 ticks.

Contest — costs 3% of your gold (min 300g). 55% chance to capture one of the target's sectors (30% if fortified).

Sabotage — requires at least 1 bone pilot. Costs 4% of your gold (min 800g). Base 60% success (+5% per pilot, cap +30%). On success, destroys 1 of the target's workers.

Send Aid — transfers 5% of your gold (min 100g) directly to an ally.

★ Place Bounty — costs 5% of your gold (min 200g). Places a gold bounty on the target's head, visible to everyone on the scoreboard. The next player to successfully raid the target collects the entire bounty pool on top of their normal steal. Multiple players can contribute to the same bounty pool.

Upgrades

Better Tools — improves your manual Gather amount (2 → 5 → 14g per gather).
Efficiency — improves worker tick income (3 → 6 → 13g/worker/tick).
Font Contrast — increases text brightness for readability.
